What this PR does:
Based on what we learned in #3290, I would suggest relax a bit the default Redis timeout, increasing it from
100msto500ms. Cortex users (especially during an initial phase, while evaluating it) should have a smooth experience (work at first time) and then they can fine-tune settings based on their needs.Which issue(s) this PR fixes:
